RETURNS POLICY

We strictly do not refund personalised items. Faulty/Incorrect items will be replaced not refunded. We cannot accept returns on items over 6 months old unless you can prove the item was faulty on arrival.

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, tailor-made or personalised goods are excluded from this legislation. 

​

Therefore we do not eccept returns or refunds on personalised clothing or accessories unless damaged.

DELIVERY TIMES

Working turnaround: 10 - 14 days 

Once the item is completed and dispatched you will receive a dispatch email. All UK orders are dispatched first class Royal Mail.

 

All international orders are dispatched standard international via Royal Mail, please refer to royal mail website for timings dependent on the country.

 

Please note many countries are still experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

SHIPPING INFO

Your items will be posted AFTER our turnaround with the shipping method you have selected and paid for at checkout. You must refer to the Royal Mail website for timings on delivery & International postage.


Royal Mail Items are sent 1st Class. 
Your tracking will be sent to you with your dispatch email.

 

Any parcels returned back to us through customer error, i.e incorrect address, customer did not collect their parcel from depot, customer did not reschedule delivery, the customer will be liable for payment of postage to resend parcel back to them.
